Hi, I'm David Calkins (that's me on the right). I'm in charge of dilution. My nickname's "Dilution Dave". I love my job!!!!!! So does my wife, who gets to bill for all kinds of ridiculous things. The best part is, it's all legal! Well, I have forgotten to files come stupid forms...Ooops. I reverse split my stock again - 100 to 1 on 2/25/2004. Unfortunately it went from $.20 after the r/s right down to $0.0012 in no time. I don't know why ;) It's got to be the "naked shorts". That's why I included both PCCL and RESG in that naked shorting conspiracy. Boy am I clever. I love reverse splits. It makes me feel like a real CEO for a few days while the stock isn't sub-penny. I love r/s so much that: This year, I did it 100 to 1 (and I have to do it a gain soon) Last year, I did it 30 to 1 The year before that, 100 to 1 The year before that, 4 to 1 And i've managed to use up the o/s every single time! I did screw up and got indicted by the SEC but we won't get into that, since it's pending litigation.

I've got an awesome track record of record selling....

If you had bought 1.2 MILLION shares of my company 3 years ago, you'd have 1 share left today! Worth $.0012 cents! I've actually issued over a Quadrillion shares (split adjusted). Now that was a feat. It's a full-time job managing the o/s and timing it right with the people that "help me".
